RuneWords Terms of Service

Overview
These terms govern access to RuneWords, including gameplay, optional purchases, virtual currency, advertising-supported features, and any online account or sync services connected to the app.
Eligibility and accounts
RuneWords is a consumer game. You are responsible for the device, Apple account, and any sign-in method used to access the game. If online sync is enabled, you are also responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
Coins and virtual items
Coins, hints, boosters, streak rewards, and similar in-game items are licensed for use inside RuneWords only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and may be adjusted to keep the game fair, compliant, or technically stable.
Purchases and restore
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Consumable coin packs, including The Starter Bundle, are delivered when Apple confirms the transaction and are not restorable. Remove Ads restores through Apple on the same account.
Ads and rewarded offers
RuneWords may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads unless you have an ad-removal entitlement or the current mode suppresses ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated in-game reward only after the ad network reports successful completion.
Fair play and service changes
You may not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with ads or purchases, reverse engineer paid features, or use the service in a way that harms other players or the integrity of the game. RuneWords may modify, rebalance, pause, or remove features when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service maintenance.
Apple terms
Use of RuneWords through the App Store is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and, where Apple presents it, the standard licensed application end user agreement for App Store apps.
Support and legal contact
If you need help with a purchase, restore request, or account problem, use Apple's purchase tools first and then contact support@runewords.online for game-specific help. Support can explain game behavior, entitlements, and sync issues, but cannot override Apple billing decisions.
